Description

We're looking for an ambitious Mid-weight Graphic Designer to join our rapidly expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career and work within an established digital agency based in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

:


  • Guide and advise fellow employees in the creative process to foster stronger working relationships and solutions.
  • Deliver creative briefs and consider all objectives to be reached
  • Be responsible for managing allocated tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Communicate and facilitate the art direction and formatting of design deliverables and produce necessary communications pieces in both print and digital environments for a wide range of clients.
  • Collaborate internally as well as with clients to conceptualise and execute creative solutions that can be translated across various media platforms.
  • Keeping informed of the latest trends and forecasts.

WHAT YOU NEED

:


  • Related degree and/or a minimum of 2 years design experience in a creative agency or marketing team.
  • Possess strong conceptual skills, a highlevel sense of design, layout, and typography, and a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions.
  • Strong creative, organisational, problemsolving and timemanagement skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Expert knowledge in digital and print graphic production processes
  • Work well with tight deadlines in a team environment.
  • Able to take projects from start to finish with mínimal supervision.
  • Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite in particular InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD
