Description

Develop and maintain a customer base, as part of the Company's Food & Beverage/ Consumer Good strategy, to improve market penetration and realize growth aspirations.

Responsible for developing, planning and executing your own customer strategy, based upon the local/global strategies, in order to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and growth/performance

Description

Strategy:

Defines and implements the channel sales strategy and budget to a defined list of customers, as well as developing new customers, working with the Sales Manager and the Business Line Manager.

Ensuring a regular contact with existingand new customers.


Targets:

You will be working to a personal and business target, that will be set for each financial year, as well as contributing to a team target.

This will part of your goals, as well as some behavioral targets from the Company's 4Cs -Collaboration, Curiosity, Courage, and Care


Negotiations:

Working with customers, you should be able to negotiate on specifications and pricing, whist maintaining the maximum margins for the Company.


Partners:

Working together with the Channel Manager, the Sales Manager and the others in the channel team, identify projects in the End User accounts for qualified lead generation to the partners.

This should be in line with our local/globalstrategy in order to grow our partner business.


End Users:

Identifies and evaluates new potential End Users, to identify robotics and automation opportunities, with the ability to qualify the lead.

This should be in line with our Global/Local strategy to provide the End Users with thebest fit solution for their requirements, whether this be through our channel partner network, or via Company's Global Solution Centers (GSC).

Maintain and grow the existing End Users that include some Key or Global accounts and work with the Global team todeliver the strategy into those accounts, but also develop the local strategy and account growth by identifying new opportunities.


Marketing:
Work alongside your customer and the marketing team to provide references and success stories.


Customer relations:
As part of the Company's QCE (Quality Customer Experience) program you should maintain the highest level of engagement with existing and new customers, and strategic partnerships, developing personal relationships withpartners, customers and other decision makers


Risk:
Monitors client financial status and reports any changes regarding risk to relevant internal teams. Responsible for identifying and managing risk s relating to contract agreements and prices across customers/channels/segments


People and development:
Work alongside your peers in the team, as well as the management team. Personal development will be part of the annual appraisal process. Also again important is your, attitude towards Company's 4Cs - Collaboration,Curiosity, Courage, and Care


Profile
Proven sales track record, however engineering experience would be considered

Food and Beverage, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) background.

Use of CRM tools

Excellent Communication Skills

IT skills (Microsoft, etc.)

Team player

Proven target on achievements (Year on Year growth or hitting target Year on Year)

Self-Motivated

Technical understanding of picking/packing automation

Use of social media to generate leads and data

Value based sales approach and training

Previous experience in a SI (Systems Integrator) or OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)
