Description

Our client based in Peterborough is looking to recruit a Marketing Manager (SAAS Experience) on a fulltime permanent basis.

Working across the UK market and also supporting colleagues in Europe, you will be responsible for developing and executing the regionalfield marketing strategy and corresponding plans to support lead and revenue targets for sales in UK & Benelux markets.

Job Role:
-

Proactively partner with the local sales team to understand business requirements and to create, manage and drive quarterly/fiscal year marketing plans for the region.
Drive execution and optimization of multichannel and integrated marketing programs to expand the marketing reach, generate leads / create pipeline for sales.
Adopt global campaigns, and localise and augment these campaigns for regional audiences.
Develop, manage, and execute tradeshows, and other industry events to build local brand awareness and contacts.
Build local customer stories and develop case studies that support overall strategic direction.
Collaborate effectively with the HQ marketing, Sales and Product teams to deliver on agreed goals and translate global strategies into local tactics.
Ownership for measurement and success of local programs; reporting, analysis, and results.
Monitor and analyze marketing and sales performance throughout the funnel and using these findings to drive recommendations and decisions.
Manage the local PR agencies and translate the global PR strategy into a local execution plan.

Skills required.

BA/BS in Communications/Marketing/Business.
B2B marketing expertise required, preferably in technology/software space.
Proven track record of partnering with crossfunctional teams & senior sales stakeholders.
