Mayoral are a leading Spanish children's clothing brand with a central Manchester office is recruiting a customer service staff member to join a small team for an exciting, long-term project in a fast-growing business.
Our working week includes one afternoon off every week of your choice as well as a flexible start time.
Key Responsibilities:
- To be the first point of contact for UK ecommerce customers and assist with multibrand if/when needed.
- To ensure the successful implementation of all seasonal launch activities so that all requested dates are met.
- To be responsible for solving order management issues by liaising closely with customers in the UK and Spain.
- Respond to all queries and issues related to orders, deliveries and refunds in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Act as a liaison between distribution centre in Spain and ecommerce customers.
- Maintain and develop relationships with key personnel in Spain.
- Report customer feedback to management, including any signs of customer dissatisfaction.
- To support the implementation of agreed procedures.
- Processing returns for refund.
- To translate items descriptions and other communications from Spanish to English.
Ideal skills required
- Fluency in Spanish as a second language.
- Excellent English.
- 23 years customer services experience
- Computer literate (IT skills, AS400, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly professional
- Enthusiastic individual

Salary:
£19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
