Summary:


Experience within a business to business environment is preferred, but if you have experience in providing customer service or sales via telephone we would like to hear from you.

We provide full training and ongoing development.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 08:30 -17:00 (on site at Avonmouth).

Salary is from £24,000 depending on experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Issue Resolution:
Identify customer issues and concerns, troubleshoot problems, and guide customers through appropriate solutions. Utilize available resources and tools to resolve customer complaints.

Product/Service Knowledge:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products

Order Processing:
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and modifications. Ensure that customers receive a smooth and seamless buying experience.

Up-Selling:
Identify opportunities to promote additional products that will benefit the customer.

Professional Communication:
Exhibit a friendly, empathetic, and professional communication style. Ensure that customers feel valued and respected throughout their interactions with the company.
