Vallum Associates are currently looking for an experienced Technology Recruitment Consultant to join a rapidly growing Insurance division.

In this role you will play a key part within the division specialising in the Lloyd's of London, General Insurance& Life and Pensions Markets.

As a business we have over 8 years' experience working within Technology, Business Change & Transformation Recruitment.

With a solid client base you would have the opportunity to grow our current clients as well as utilising long term relationship to winnew business.

Key responsibilities:

Being client focused within in Lloyd's of London Market
Working on long standing relationships by providing excellent service delivery
Developing your market knowledge to become an expert in your market niche
Breaking into new clients and building strong relationships within the market

What we look for:

Good track record in recruitment within development, testing, architect or data
Experience within insurance is beneficial but not essential
Passionate for sales
Team player with an interest in mentoring junior team members
A Hardworking, gogetter
Strong negotiation skills
Personable
Organised and reliable
Resilient
Competitive and Ambitious

What we offer:

- £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE) base salary + uncapped commissions with unlimited earning potential. Be in control of your own earnings (up to 30%)
