Air Home Lets Ltd is an independent local based letting agent marketing both short term rentals and long term rents.

We're a small team of three, currently looking for another Property Manager to join the team as our client base grows.

Location:
Brighton and Hove (work from home based role but you need to be located in Brighton/Hove or close to Brighton/Hove as some field work will be required in this area)


Salary:
Competitive + commission structure


Full time:
Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 + 1 weekend a month

Start date: 1st March 2023


Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily management of our API system (Uplisting) for short term rentals, ensuring all guest messages are responded to and bookings are correct
• Monitor the market for both short and long term rentals, changing short term rental rates as per the market to increase property occupancy
• Handling all maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Completing property inspections, checkin's, viewings
• Drawing up new tenancies including tenancy renewals
• Push the marketing of all of our properties across our website and social media channels
• Use QuickBooks to create invoices
• Use DPS to log deposits
• Assist in strategies to push new business (commission on new business)

Requirements:

• Must be a selfstarter, able to work independently and be trusted as this is a work from home based role
• Must have at leasts 1 years prior property experience
• Must be able to drive
• Working hours are Monday
• Friday, 09:00 17:00 plus 1 Saturday and Sunday required to work each month (with optional 2 days off in the week)
