We have a fantastic opportunity for you in our Housekeeping team as a Housekeeping supervisor, to develop and lead a Housekeeping team with the Housekeeping manager and fellow supervisors.

This is a truly stunning opportunities that has very high standards of excellence and we are looking for someone with equally high standards (like you) to join their team.

As a Housekeeping supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the housekeeping operation is kept on hotel's highest standard.

you will inspire the housekeeping team to consistently deliver a flawless yet unobtrusive service that will delight valued guests.

Your Roles:
- you will take ownership of the quality checks on your assigned floors and be regularly responsible for rooms/suites.

As a credible and consistent role model, you will demonstrate a flexible and handson approach in order to lead, train and develop the team to ensure all guest and colleague areas are cleaned and well maintained on a daily basis.
To make sure supplies are replenished and amenities placed so that each room is staged appropriately for our guests.

Profile:

Natural elegance and passion for providing a luxurious level of service that is personalised, confident and calm.
Proven background in a similar supervisory housekeeping role is essential, ideally gained in a luxury hotel.
Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail.
Exceptional grooming and communications skills.
A flexible approach to working hours with the ability to work various shifts
IT literate
Passion for training and leading a team.

The process:

Salary:
£11.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

Crawley, RH11 7SX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- housekeeping supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
