What you'll do:

As Counter Services Leader in Private Banking, you'll be making sure your team treat their customers fairly and provide outstanding levels of service with every interaction.

To maintain high standards, you'll conduct regular observations and review good customer outcome MI, taking action where any issues are identified.

Additionally, you'll make sure that all team members adhere to the bank's procedures, rules and regulations within the operational framework to minimise financial, reputational and operational risks.

You'll also be:

Making sure that client service is delivered in a high quality and costeffective way to internal and external clients
Regularly producing MI and evidence of the achievement of KPIs
Making sure that all general ledger agreements are dealt with and cleared on time and verify balances each month

The skills you'll need:

We're looking for an experienced people manager with a background in operational risk procedures. This will be coupled with an understanding of financial products and the related regulatory environment
