The Opportunity**We are seeking an experienced professional to develop & deliver training for our bespoke products.


As you develop your product knowledge, you will be required to participate in pre-sales product demonstrations and post-sales floor-walking to assist new users and help identify problems quickly.

This is a full-time permanent role based in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham.

However, due to the nature of the job you will be expected to take on travel both throughout the UK and internationally.

Core working hours are between 08:30 and 17:00 hours, with a degree of flexibility on start and finish times.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Creation of training courses and study materials for bespoke systems.
  • Delivery of internal and external training courses.
  • Collaborate with other teams to increase the knowledge sharing across Rail Operations, and beyond.

In practice this means:

  • You've got substantial experience of delivering training courses to both small and large groups.
  • You've got experience of developing training courses for bespoke business systems.
  • Ability to travel to various customer sites both across the UK and internationally.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
