We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Manager who will help us achieve that ambition.

In this role you will support the Head of Compliance & Building Safety to deliver our strategic objectives and statutory obligations focusing on the safety of our clients, sustainability, quality and value for money.

You will take the lead to monitor and control property compliance and preventative maintenance throughout the organisation. You will ensure agreed budgets, quality standards and key performance targets are met while ensuring our property portfolio remainslegally compliant.
You will oversee the smooth running of the compliance team, provide line management and motivational supervision to a team of administrators ensuring they provide high quality and efficient services.

About you

This role will suit an innovative individual with experience of developing and maintaining compliance related procedures and systems; and delivering a compliance service to tenants within a social housing environment.
