Real Chemistry is looking for a Principal Medical Writer to join our growing team


As a Principal Medical Writer at Real Chemistry, you will play a pivotal role in producing a diverse array of materials across various therapy areas, ensuring that both language and content are perfectly tailored to suit the intended audience.

Your contributions will consistently be of the utmost quality, underpinned by scientific accuracy and in complete harmony with the associated brand.

A significant portion of our work has a promotional aspect; therefore, prior experience in this domain would be highly advantageous.

This position is client-facing, requiring your active involvement in briefing sessions and client meetings as necessary.

Your ability to communicate effectively, manage client expectations, and deliver exceptional written content will be key to success in this role.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Prior experience in a Medical Writing position within an agency setting.
  • A minimum of a Master's degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or a related field. Possession of a PhD would be beneficial, though not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated capability to perform effectively under pressure as dictated by business exigencies.
  • Exceptional proficiency in written English, encompassing both vocabulary and grammar, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a heightened sense of awareness.
  • Outstanding IT proficiency, especially in the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Experience in oncology and/or respiratory fields would be advantageous.
