An exciting opportunity has presented itself for a Graduate Town Planner in London If you are a recent or soon to be Town Planning Graduate looking for an opportunity that will lead to swift
MRTPI Chartered status - then this is the opportunity for you


Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a rapidly growing Independent Town Planning Consultancy in its search to recruit a talented and ambitious Graduate Planner to their dynamic team.

My client works across multiple sectors on a range of small
- and large-scale projects across the whole of the UK, some of which include residential, retail, industrial, leisure, logistics and student accommodation


The team supports clients and individuals by providing strategic planning advice from the onset of pre-acquisition through to site completion.

As part of the team you will assist the senior consultants in a number of duties, some of which will include:


  • Planning appraisals for site acquisition and disposal.
  • Planning advise on asset management enhancement opportunities.
  • Enforcement advise and appeals.
  • Retail & Leisure Impact Assessments.
  • RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or related field of study.
  • A & B grades at GCSE and A-Level.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal still.
  • Enthusiasm and a passion for all things Planning
