You will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, and selling properties from their initial enquiry through to sales progression and completion.

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of our award winning team based in Kenilworth and contribute to the expansion of our business.

• Provide accurate and detailed information about properties to clients
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
• Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork and contracts
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
• Stay uptodate with market trends and property values
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve successful sales
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
