Salary:
£32,000 per annum


Job Type:
Permanent, full time (37 hours a week)


About the role:


To support the Head of Operations with the delivery of membership services including certification, registration, and trade association activities, in addition to project programme management.


Purpose & Main Duties:


  • Develop and implement processes and systems for the effective delivery of membership services.
  • Provide support to the managerial team in their daytoday operational activities.
  • Communicate with external parties involved in membership services.
  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and improve membership experience.
  • Monitoring proposed and ongoing projects for progress and impact of changes.
  • Evaluating key resource demands from projects and other development work to identify pressure points.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsibility for the implementation of approved policies and procedures.
  • Responsibility for assisting with the development and delivery of membership services.
  • Responsibility for assisting with the duties relating to the customer journey, including communications and complaint handling.
  • Responsibility for monitoring and reporting of Operations Team KPI's.
  • Responsibility for monitoring and reporting the performance of the overall project programme management.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Literate, educated to level 3 / level
  • Personnel management.
  • Time and workload management.
  • Project Management.
  • Communication skills.
  • Good Level of IT Experience/Knowledge.
  • At least 2 years' experience relating to operations and project programme management activities relating to NAPIT or a similar organisation.
  • In house training to provide good understanding of:
  • NAPIT processes and procedures.
  • Scheme requirements.
  • UKAS accreditation requirements.
  • Regulatory requirements.
  • Organised and analytical.
  • Integrity and impartiality.
  • Customer focused.
  • Engagement across the NAPIT Group.
