An exciting opportunity for a confident and adaptable Demand Planner to join the supply chain team within a global manufacturing business at a time of fantastic growth.

The position is based in Cradley Heath on a hybrid basis and is offering a salary ofcirca £40k dependent on experience.

This is working with a global manufacturing business who work with household name clients across a wide variety of industries.

They have more than doubled their turnover between 2021 and 2023 with the acquisition of some exciting companies globally and arenow looking forward to their next period of growth.

The Demand Planner position is a key role in their Supply Chain team as they turn their attention to their next phase of growth.

It presents an exciting opportunity to forge your own demand function and developyour career as the company grows.

Role responsibilities of the Demand Planner:

Planning demand for finished goods
Collating and presenting data and forecasts to the Sales department
Collaborating closely with Sales, other departments and suppliers
Ensuring forecast and data accuracy
Driving the demand planning maintenance process

Personal specification of the Demand Planner:

Confident and experienced Demand Planner
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP/MRP systems
Strong analytical skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Able to build and maintain effective internal and external working relationships

This position will be suited to you if you have held a role leading a purchasing or supply chain team as a: Demand Planner, Demand Analyst, Demand Manager, Forecasting Planner, Forecast Analyst, or similar.
