Description

We require a Trainee Internal Sales Assistant, to be trained in the following duties, which would be ideal for someone wanting to start a career in Internal sales within the Oil Industry

Responsibilities:

Assist in sales & administration duties as required. Assist in raising of sales quotes.

Processing internal sales enquiries

Check stock database for availability of spares

Filing of administration documentation and maintenance of job files.

Assist and check Client PO data.

Maintenance of customer enquiries log

Monitor of customer portals for request of quotations

Maintenance of purchase intake log

Contacting our USA office for prices & availability for client enquiries

Knowledge of Office Programmes and Computer literate would be an advantage

Pay:
£6.40-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
