We are currently seeking to recruit a Supply Only & Returns Supervisor

Your main responsibility as our Supply Only & Returns Supervisor is to assist with the day to day finance operations and manage the sales ledger team.

Ensure the delivery of an effortless customer services experience through the invoicing and returns.

What are we looking for in our Supply Only & Returns Supervisor?

Proficient IT skill, specifically in Microsoft Excel
Excellent organisation skills
Effective communicator and excellent customer service skills
A team player, but has the ability to use their initiative and effectively manage their workload
Proactive and eager to learn
Experience with Sage 200 is preferable but not essential
Previous supervisory experience

What does the Supply Only & Returns Supervisor actually do?

Assist the Finance Manager in creating and implementing best practice Finance vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve business performance.

Provide a friendly memorable customer service experience to all customers.

Assist the Finance Manager with management responsibilities; such as recruitment, inductions, training, appraisals, development and performance management of sales ledger team.
Drive the continuous improvement of accounting practices.
Create a climate of accountability and empowerment with team members to ensure exceptional and consistent customer experience.
Identify any common queries/trends effecting customer service delivery and ensure solutions are created and executed in line with business plans.
Generate and analyse reports; inc KPI's, daily sales, and month end processes.
General office administrative duties such as making enquires, gathering info, data entry, scanning, filing, answering telephone queries etc.
Assist with the management of Sales Ledgers including resolving, monitoring, analysing and reporting of debit notes.
Establish strong working relationships with the external sales teams and internal departments to ensure our customers' expectations are met or surpassed.
Complete sales invoicing and month end processes, including generating reports, raising invoices/credits and quality checks as and when required.
Maintain confidentiality, sensitivity and respect, ensuring all data is handled in line with data protection and used for a specific, business related purpose only.
