The Role:
As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored support to students with behavioural difficulties, helping them to overcome obstacles and thrive in their learning environment
Your responsibilities may include:
- Implementing individualised behaviour management strategies
- Providing oneonone support to students both in and out of the classroom
- Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to create inclusive learning environments.
- Monitoring and recording student progress.
- Offering guidance and encouragement to promote positive behaviour and social skills development.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young people, particularly those with behavioural challenges
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Willingness to undergo relevant training and development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
