We're looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join an rapidly growing sustainable eCommerce brand based in Bristol.

This is the ideal opportunity for a talented Paid Media Specialist with either a Digital Marketing or eCommerce background to play an important role in helping drive traffic and boost sales.

What you'll be doing

The Paid Media Specialist will:

Report to the Head of Marketing
Be responsible for the PPC and Paid Social strategy for the brand
Deliver Paid Media campaigns across numerous platforms to ensure KPIs are met
Analyse and report on performance to optimise campaigns and make changes where necessary
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to ensure Paid Media needs are met in line with overall integrated marketing strategy

What experience you'll need to apply

At least 18 months - 2 years of Paid Media experience working across PPC (Google Ads) and Paid Social
B2C marketing experience is a must
Agency experience is preferred but not essential
Data-driven mindset to analyse results and define strategy
Having previous experience in sustainability is a bonus
