Job description:

To work with the Engagement Lead in relation to employee and internal engagement, helping the organisation to share and develop its objectives with the workforce using a range of innovative tools and techniques.

To play a vital role in engaging the people who work for CSAS as we explore how we work together in new ways by designing and implementing internal campaigns that embed and develop our culture.

To also work closely with the Engagement and Intervention Managers in producing timely and relevant Board updates.

Reporting and providing support to the Engagement Lead
Computer literate with strong written and verbal communication skills
Organising, prioritising, and tracking workloads
Assisting with any additional workload required by the department
Provide suggestions on service improvement and take part in workshops and training for the improvement of the service
