Data and Records Delivery Lead

As a Barclays Data and Records Delivery Lead, you will be working with the Chief Data Office primarily responsible for meeting and remaining in compliance with Group Data & Records Management and Standards and progressing the Firm's objectives with respect to Data and Records management capabilities.

Your primary area of focus will be on the project management and delivery of the book of work within the Group Data and Records team.

This is in support and advancement of the ongoing oversight of Data across Governance.

What will you be doing?:


  • Project managing medium and large scale projects across Data and Records
  • Maintaining a future focus, looking ahead to ensure any risks or dependencies are managed effectively
  • Building trusted relationships with a network of key stakeholders
  • Proactively seeking out and solving problems, making decisions and negotiating the right solutions
  • Supporting the Group Data and Records and wider BU/FN CDO team through delivery
  • Supporting and working closely with the Portfolio Group Data and Records Team

What we're looking for:


  • Broad knowledge and experience of e2e project lifecycle management within financial organizations
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with business and IT stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Broad understanding and experience of agile projects including sprint planning and management

Skills that will help you in the role:

  • Direct or indirect exposure to the Chief Data Office
  • Proven experience in either Data or Records change management
  • Proven ability to design, implement, operate and refine projects to support strategic deliverables
  • Ability to develop ways to collaboratively evaluate and reframe options

Where will you be working?
Knutsford

You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford.

The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command Centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations.

The campus is set in a 64acre self-contained site, in a beautiful green environment and it offers unrivalled facilities for work and for play.
