Up to £36,500 pa

St Albans


Contract:
Permanent

Hours:
Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

COMPANY PROFILE


Our well-established client who are in the construction industry and looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Helpdesk Manager to join their dynamic and growing team in St Albans.


SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • FM helpdesk experience is essential
  • Experience managing a team
  • Ability to prioritise workload

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the day to day running of the helpdesk and ensure that it runs efficiently.
  • Run reports to monitor whether helpdesk operators are reaching KPI's.
  • Monitor the inbox daily to ensure planning is done efficiently by each operator.
  • First point of contact for any queries the helpdesk might have.
  • Attend client meetings.
  • Check status of job progress and update database.
  • Generate quotes.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and chase them for paperwork.
  • Arrange cover on helpdesk during staff absences.
  • Monitor annual leave request from the team and carry out appraisals.
