Clinical Team Administrator - Dementia Intensive Support Team hours per weekThis post requires a confident individual who can support a busy service and team environment. You will be required to respond to changing priorities and deliver accurate work within tight deadlines.
You should have relevant and recent administration experience, the ability to work on your own as well as alongside the Senior Team Administrator
It is expected as part of the role that you have the ability to increase your hours to support the service when the other Team administrator is on leave
The roles and responsibilities of this post include:
- Managing the team's main phone line into the service
- Taking details and processing of referrals to the team
- Taking minutes at team meetings
- Supporting the team to prevent breaches and to maintain data quality
- Monitoring and managing lone working procedures for the team
- Providing data as requested by the team leader/wider organisation
- Providing cover for the other team administrator when they are on annual leave and/or have a period of sickness
- Supporting the team with data input and ensuring records are accurate and up to date
- Attending meetings appropriate to the role

The Dementia Intensive Support Team is a part of the West Suffolk Care Group, working within the community to meet the needs of people with Dementia and their carers.
