about 2 hours agoWe are currently recruiting for a highly experienced Tenant Liaison Officer to join one of our clients in the Liverpool area. This client is a major player within the domestic maintenance sector, working right the way across the UK, providing maintenance solutions to thousands of residents.

This role will include tasks such as managing the Tenant's complaints and escalating them to the site managers, attending regular client representative and tenant meetings to ensure highest level of customer service is provided at all times, and maintaining the on site database to reflect on going works.
