About You

As a Product Owner within the The Global Data Platform Team, you will serve as the customer proxy, responsible for working with Product Management and other stakeholders - including other Product Owners.

Additional responsibilities will be to define stories and prioritising the team backlog to streamlining the execution of program priorities, while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components for the team(s).

You will also play a significant role in maximizing the value produced by the team(s), ensuring Stories meet the user's needs and comply with the Definition of Done.

The IAG Global Data Platform is built on a foundation of AWS and Snowflake with integrations to additional specialist tools.

Experience of these technologies is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

IT leadership, gained in a complex global organization, ideally in a business and technology delivery environments.
Experience of working as a Product Owner in a SAFe Agile environment, with strong understanding of Agile ceremonies,
Demonstratable experience of successfully leading Product teams in anAgile setting, whilst also taking into consideration Waterfall delivery initiatives
Collaboration with portfolio management and business owners to define the Portfolio Epic and its Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
Demonstrable experience of documentation, which must include Scope Statements, Epics and User Stories.
Experience of operating across multiple countries and cultures is desirable, but not essential
