Professional Membership Body
Victoria. Central London with hybrid working
Basic Salary £30,000 Pro Rata with 30 Days Holiday exclusive of Bank Holidays
Permanent, Part Time, 3 Days a Week, 21 Hours
Our client a leading professional membership body with 21,000 members is currently looking for a Membership Coordinator on part time basis 3 days a week.
If you have membership experience ideally for a professional body, chartered institute, trade association, membership body, subscriptions or similar we would love to hear from you.
The Role of the Membership Coordinator
The Membership Co-ordinator is responsible for providing the day to day administrative support for the membership and professional status teams within the professional membership body, across a range of functions and activities.
In addition the post holderwill provide a robust and efficient secretariat and administrative service for the Management Board, its advisory groups and internal committee and team meetings.
Person Specification
Essential
Demonstrable administrative experience
Self-motivated and proactive, with excellent interpersonal and
communication skills
The ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office packages (Word,
PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software (Dynamics)
Excellent oral and written skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with ability to
quality check data and information
A creative thinker with good problem-solving skills
Desirable
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Experience working with external boards or trustee groups
Experience working within member services or similar
