We have an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive domestic retrofit (construction) Lecturer.This role will be perfect for an experienced qualified retrofit Assessor, Manager or Coordinator that wants to pass on their knowledge, Skills and behaviours of the industry to the next budding retrofit Assessors, Coordinators or Managers.

About the role:
Purpose:
- To develop and deliver the Retrofit portfolio of course starting the Level 2 Domestic Retrofit award in conjunction with awarding body guidance
- To coordinate the development and delivery of retrofit skills delivery plans for Net Zero Retrofit training provision at City of Bristol College, across the WECA region.
- Service all Construction Retrofit courses
- Be able to undertake a mapping exercise of all current and planned Green Skills provision across the college's emerging Green Skills agenda.
- Represent, promote and engage with retrofit organisations and professional bodies as strategic partners for the college to support and raise awareness of the Retrofit Skills & Training options to guide the College through the transition to Net Zero emissions.
