Description

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to get their foot in the door as a Receptionist Admin Apprentice at a software company.

You will be working in a team of experts who can provide support and assistance throughout your journey.


As a Receptionist Admin Apprentice, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, you will liaise with the rest of the team to ensure processes run smooth and complete any additional tasks when required.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Meeting and greeting new clients
Booking meeting rooms for all departments
Keeping reception area tidy
Answering and forwarding calls
Sorting and distributing post
Keeping all reception documents well organised
Acting as the face of the company
Taking in deliveries and ensuring they go to the drop off/relevant person. Checking and signing if needs be.
Ensuring collections are picked up from the right collection point and the right amount taken and signed for.
Overseeing clients signing in and out on the iPad and a visitor lanyard given.
Ensuring staff know if they have a visitor/client here to see them.
Drinks/food made or organised for clients.
Any administration duties required throughout the company such as creating forms, printing documents, typing duties on behalf of others.
