Job Title:
Primary Learning Support Assistant


Location:
Uxbridge, Hillingdon


School:
Outstanding Primary School


Responsibilities:


  • Assist teachers in the delivery of lessons and in the management of the classroom
  • Provide individual and small group support to students with varying learning needs
  • Assist with the implementation of individual education plans for students
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a positive learning environment
  • Monitor and record student progress and provide feedback to teachers
  • Participate in planning and preparation of resources

Requirements:


  • Prior experience in a similar role within a school setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A commitment to inclusion and diversity
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Patience, understanding and a positive attitude

Requirements:


  • Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
