PRODUCTION ADMINISTRATOR

Location:
Herne Bay, Kent CT6 7GQ

Hours:
Full Time
  • Monday to Friday
, 9am - 5pm


Salary:
£20k per annum


Due to continued success, we are currently looking for a Production Administrator to support the Production team to proof and print our client's highly prestigious customer mailing activity for handling by the In-house fulfilment team.


Skills/Requirements

  • Thorough attention to detail
  • Thorough understanding of computer systems
  • Excellent time management
  • Competent using Word and excel
  • Excellent problemsolving
  • Familiarity with the main data manipulation languages and some understanding of programming
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure
  • Good organisational skills

  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • The ability to create and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues
  • A willingness to keep up to date with developments in new technology, printers and equipment

Educations/Experience

  • Minimum of 3 or more GCSE's A-C including Maths & English or equivalent
  • Previous experience of working within a busy office environment
  • Experience with using computers and Microsoft packages

Responsibilities

  • Working with data sensitive files and creating mail merges
  • Proof reading test documents and reviewing data files
  • Printing of mailings to a very high standard and to follow quality control procedures
  • Adding mailings onto postal service accounts accurately
  • Flexibility to work within the fulfilment team if required during busy periods

Job Types:

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
