Brief job description:


Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Graphic Design / Digital Marketing Apprentice with Link Communications, an Advertising Services Company based in Leeds.


Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

PRIMARY JOB ROLES
-
Graphic Print Design:producing print ready artwork for our clients' experiential campaigns and event areas

3D Illustrations:attracting new customers with visual mock-ups of what their event areas could look like


SECONDARY JOB ROLES
-
Web Design:overhauling and updating our website into a new user-friendly experience, reflective of our work

Corporate Design:creating a uniform visual style, that runs through everything that our business does

Social media:establishing new connections and nurturing existing contacts with relevant, regular updates Photography**:effectively capturing the visual impact of the campaigns we implement on camera for sharing

Video:storyboarding, filming, and editing short videos to showcase our campaigns for clients and ourselves
-
Experiential:understanding what makes a great experiential campaign and becoming expert at what we do
-
Thought Leadership:creation of insight articles to inspire our audiences and educate them on new trends

Qualifications:

5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)


Skills Required:

Must be experienced in Photoshop, Adobe, Illustrator.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer and Certified Digital Marketing Professional by DMI, with training in how to:

  • Master the art of crafting compelling content tailored for diverse audiences and a variety of marketing channels, ensuring sensitivity and effectiveness in communication.
  • Analyse and integrate information from the multichannel marketing landscape to inform and optimise both shortterm tactics and longterm strategies.
  • Implement secure, innovative solutions using a broad spectrum of digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences while achieving marketing objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of multichannel marketing activities, measuring success and providing actionable recommendations for enhancement.
  • Create and interpret insightful analytical dashboards utilising advanced digital tools, facilitating datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Strategically plan, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across an array of digital and traditional media platforms.
