THE ROLE:
This interesting role offers the appointed Agricultural Property Lawyer with excellent transactional experience to gain excellent exposure to a wide and challenging caseload of agriculture matters.
The role will see you handling a purely agriculture caseload,assisting on the acquisition and disposals of agricultural land, estates and strategic land.
Dependent on your level your experience you could gain exposure to more complex agricultural matters.THE CANDIDATE:
To be considered for the role you will ideally be a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive who has experience of dealing with a full and varied caseload of agriculture matters / commercial property matters.
Prior experience of independently handling an agriculturecaseload would be advantageous, however support and training is on offer for someone who is genuinely keen to develop a successful career within this area of law.
You will demonstrate a keen eye for details and a proven ability to provide a high-quality serviceat all times.Ideal Agriculture Solicitors will have at least 1 years' experience in dealing with property related matters although Newly Qualified Solicitors who are coming up to qualification and seeking their ideal role within agriculture are encouragedto apply.
