Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants.

As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals in need of care, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Duties:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Administer medication according to care plans
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with light housekeeping tasks, including meal preparation and laundry
• Document client progress and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Previous experience in home care or a similar role is preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
• Familiarity with care plans and personal care techniques
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficient in English language Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£11.44-£12.14 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week

• Care home: 1 year (preferred)
• Home care: 1 year (preferred)

• Driving Licence (preferred)
