An opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated team of Support Services staff within the Catering Department. We are currently looking to recruit a Catering Assistant to work within Victoria Hospital and Whyteman's Brae Hospital.

The post is 36 hours per week, 4 days from 7, alternate weekends (with enhancements for weekend shifts). Shift times will be 10am to 7.30pm with a 1⁄2 hour break.

You will have a neat and tidy appearance, a cheerful disposition as well as the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.

Experience in a large scale catering environment is essential along with a basic food hygiene certificate. Experience in food regeneration, food presentation and food allergens are desirable.

Please note the salary scale for this post is pro rata for part time hours.
