As Associate Director, it will be your responsibility to deliver insight leadership in the form of consultancy, recommendations, research project delivery and practical insights.
KEY DUTIES
- Liaise with internal and external clients, using insight and project knowledge to effectively contribute to client meetings and presentations
- Utilise multilayered methodologies to conduct insight projects that aim to highlight gaps in knowledge, going on to recommend insights that help fill these gaps
- As Associate Director, lead on projects using both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, from the initial proposal through to project design and delivery
- Be responsible for the day to day management of at least one Insight Executive, ensuring their development, and the output they produce is accurate and insightful
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience running mixedmethodology research projects
- Understanding & experience of using a variety of insight tools and techniques e.g. social listening, Google suite, qualitative analysis
- Strong project management skills with an excellent attention to detail, able to prioritise work, and manage several tasks simultaneously
- Highly numerate with a good analytical mind and an ability to question data and able to create a story from several different data sources
