Cerner Trainer - OUTSIDE IR3- 3-month contract.

My client is within the Healthcare sector, and they are seeking a CERNER Trainer to join them on a 14-month programme to deliver an upgrade from the existing legacy PAS system to a new EPR System called CERNER.

You will be involved in this exciting project which requires European travel, and the initial contract duration will be 3 months, with a view to extending to the duration of the programme.

About the job:

We are looking for an experienced Cerner Trainer to join an HealthCare Solutions Provider and help them with their Electronic Patient Record (EPR) implementation.

Responsibilities include:

Designing, developing, and delivering training courses on Cerner systems.
Evaluating the effectiveness of training courses, making changes to improve sessions.
Working closely with stakeholders, such as clinicians and IT personnel, to ensure training objectives are met.
Maintaining records of training sessions and feedback.
Developing and implementing training materials, such as lesson plans, handouts, and assessment tools.
Analysing current processes and procedures to identify training needs.
Keeping up to date with developments in EPR technology.
Providing technical support and advice to users.
A qualification in a relevant field such as healthcare, IT, or training.
Previous experience in Cerner systems or training.
An understanding of healthcare processes and systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
The ability to analyse and interpret data.
The ability to work independently and in a team environment.
An understanding of EPR implementation.
