As the Team Leader, you will work under the guidance of the Service Manager, providing clear and structured leadership to the local teams to ensure the delivery of top-notch care and support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruiting new staff by participating in interviews and managing pre-employment checks.
  • Offer leadership and guidance while supervising the team.
  • Uphold the Company's values and ethos.
  • Monitor staff attendance.
  • Take on call duties as necessary.
  • Build and maintain relationships with other agencies to enhance the service for users.
  • Engage in continuous training and development to boost your skills and knowledge.
  • Preferably, have previous experience in Supported Living or Residential service settings.
  • Experience working with adults, particularly young adults, with Learning Disabilities or Mental Health conditions.
  • Possess a valid driving licence.
  • Showcase strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a dedicated staff team.

Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year


Commute/Relocation:

  • Dudley: ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate before commencing work (required)

Experience:

- supervisory: 1 year (preferred)

  • Supported living: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
  • NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
