    Job title: Wholesale Account Manager

    About this Role

    As a Wholesale Sales Manager, you will play a key part in driving growth and sales within your territory. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with our wholesale customers, identifying opportunities to increase brand presence, and executing strategies to achieve business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Grow Beavertown's value share within your region by supporting and developing our brands within existing customers, and proactively seeking out and winning new business prospects.
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of business plans.
    • Build and deliver a strategy to drive long-term and sustainable growth in your territory.
    • Hold customers accountable to agreements made and negotiate commercial terms that benefit all parties.
    • Create innovative trade marketing initiatives to increase awareness and advocacy of the brand.
    • Utilize category data and insights to stay up-to-date with market trends and execute brand strategies effectively.
    • Develop best-in-class relationships with customers and wholesalers through effective communication and delivery on commitments.
    • Track and report customer buying trends to Sales and Production management.

    Requirements

    • A strong background in alcohol sales focused on selling to the On Trade and Wholesale.
    • Well-developed communication and people skills, effective on an interpersonal level.
    • Strong relationship management and sales skills, with a proven track record of delivering results.
    • Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with a real sense of urgency in making things happen.
    • Strong judgment and maturity levels, with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
    • Solid time management skills, with the ability to plan ahead and manage multiple tasks.
    • A full clean driving license.
