As an Associate Technology Application Specialist you're looking for an entry in to Nuffield IT and are passionate about excellent customer service.

You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a natural flair for building relationships.

As our Associate Technology Application Specialist, you will:

Effectively manager tasks and incidents supporting our end user community in their use of TrakCare EPR, PiMS PAS and other Hospital related systems.
Help support major incidents effectively to ensure that they are escalated to the most appropriate level; that all necessary resources are engaged and that professional communications are regularly issued to users
