As a Billing Team Administrator you'll:

  • Provide day to day support to the billing team
  • Assist in the administrative functions within the team
  • In providing this support, you will assist in the delivery of our revenue and cash collections

More broadly you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the posting of third-party invoices to our case management system
  • Assisting with sending out invoices which have been raised by the billing team to our clients
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and building good relationships with them
  • General management of the inbox and tasks
  • Other general adhoc tasks as required by the Billing Team Leader or our Working Capital Manager
This is a fixed term, 12 month contract.

We may look at the position prior to the end of this term to establish the business requirements at that point and the option of retention beyond the term is a potential.


You'll have the flexibility to work from home or our Harrogate office 1-2 days a week with the rest of the team.


Requirements:


  • Previous experience in an administrative function
  • Confidence in dealing with clients in a business and clientoriented manner
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to be able to assist both clients and colleagues
  • Personable, approachable outlook to work
  • Ability to work well with numbers and good use of computer systems including, but not limited to, excel, outlook, MS Teams
  • Ability to work as part of a closeknit team
