We are looking for a responsible part time Admin Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks.

Duties to include providing support to our directors and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.

Ultimately, ensuring the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.


We are an expanding business operating from our specialist head office and warehouse based centrally on the border of Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Warwickshire.

All technology and equipment will be supplied to you to enable successful working.


More about the role:

  • Answering telephone calls, taking messages and redirecting calls and messages in a concise manner
  • Ensuring H&S is kept in line
  • Carrying out HR admin
  • General administrative support to all members of the sales team
  • Maintain filing system
  • Schedule meetings and make travel arrangements
  • Preparing meeting room and greeting visitors / arranging refreshments and lunch when required

Who you are:

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant

Flair for communication, polite and efficient telephone manner, and eloquent written word.

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Working knowledge of office equipment

Proficiency in MS Office

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

High standards of attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Exceptionally organised and with strong time management skills.
