An award winning innovative provider of MarTech software / SaaS is looking to add 2x SDR (sales development representatives) to their UK team due to 2 of the current team being promoted to AE

The Role:

As a SDR (senior sales development representative) you will be working in an outbound sales development role targeting large enterprise and mid-market clients across a range of verticals such as food and beverage, financial services, manufacturing etc.

Youwill be pro-active targeting prospects through both digital outreach and phone based activity to develop leads for the senior sales team to close.

You will be an articulate SDR (sales development representative) / internal sales professional with a track record of working in an outbound sales environment.

Any exposure to MarTech or market reseach would be advantageous however not essential as full trainingis given.

What is more important is that you have a genuine desire to be successful are happy to work in a fast paced environment where you can develop your career based on your results with 50% of their current AE's having come from the SDR team.

The Package:

On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £30,000-£37,500 depending on experience (which may be negotiable for the right person), pension, health and uncapped ote £15,000-£20,000 with an accelerator once you surpass your target.

Theyalso operate a hybrid environment with the sales development and AE team in the office twice a week
