62312After meeting with a 35 strong Birmingham practice, they have given me a clear description of their latest requirement (for their more strategic hire)

They have 2 Partners and filters down to 5 sector leads which run their own teams (Mainly Education / Logistics & Healthcare)

They are looking for each sector lead to have their own Associate (right hand person) and this is where you would be placed initially and reporting directly to your sector lead.

They can offer 25 days holiday (+bank hols) as well as a 2.30 finish on Fridays which is always nice

Salary on offer will range up to 50,000 PA (DOE)

If you have any Healthcare experience, may be worth reaching out also - always like to see people that have this sector firmly under their belts, and in most cases can create a role around an individual as long as you have at least 4-5 years minimum working on NHS / Large HC projects- Please get in touch with Jack if this position may sound of interest to you.
