Description

An exciting oppurtunity has been handed to me by an international leading consultancy, looking for a Principal Designer to join their team in Birmingham.

This role would suit a Principal Designer who is starting up / not been in the industry for too long.

The Principal Designer will understand the pre-construction phase plan in various sectors including Residential and Retail.

This role would suit a Principal Designer who is looking for a long-term career with the opportunity to develop their career.

The Principal Designers Role

Prepare the preconstruction phase plan
Undertake Construction Site Safety inspections
Assist duty holders to develop preconstruction information

The Principal Designer

NEBOSH General certificate or Construction H&S
2 years experience in a CDM role such as Principal Designer / CDM Advisor
Knowledge of CDM Regulations 201
Enthusiastic with a willingness to learn and develop
Understanding of the preconstruction phase

- £55,000-£65,000
