What the role involves:

Do you have an eye for detail? And enjoy providing a stand out customer service?

Main responsibilities:

Focusing on administrating new patient leads through our patient relationship management system
Sharing reports with patients and the Orthodontic team
Adding patient data to our System for Dentists as well as our patient relationship management system
Booking appointments and management of our Treatment Coordinator diaries
Following up new patient leads and patients who have been quoted.
Setting up finance contracts#
Social Media and WhatsApp messages

There is no particular experience required, just the willingness to learn, a passion for providing a good customer journey and a can do attitude

This role will be working between the Darlington and Stockton sites, so you must be able to travel to both.
