Description
Cheshire Homes is a property investment company and is looking to hire one person to handle the reception/Admin/Managers PA work in the Lettings department.
The person will be responsible with answering all calls and directing to correct person.Updating all rental income that is being received on our in-house software.
Chasing up any tenants for arrears if necessary and filing away invoices etc
Must have some experience in reception and office admin work and must know how to use word and excel.
Hours are 10am to 5pm Mon to fri
1 hour non paid Lunch from 1pm to 2pm
All public Bank Holidays are off and paid
