About Our Client:

Our client based in Central Brighton operate within Financial Service sector.

The key responsibilities of a Senior EA will be;

  • Administrative Support: Provide highlevel administrative support to the CEO and Chair, including: Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings. Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Information Management: Proactively gather and compile relevant information and data to assist the CEO and Chair in decisionmaking and planning. Ensure information is organised, easily accessible, and kept confidential when necessary.
  • Meeting Coordination: Plan, schedule, and coordinate executivelevel meetings and events. Prepare meeting agendas, collect and distribute relevant materials and follow up on action items to deadlines as required. Take accurate meeting minutes and disseminate them in a timely manner.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key partners, including board members, clients, vendors, and internal staff. Coordinate meetings, conduct research, and prepare briefing materials to support effective interactions.
  • Project Support: Assist the CEO and Chair in leading and prioritising various projects and initiatives. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, track project achievements, and ensure timely completion of tasks. Prepare project status reports and updates as required.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost professionalism and always maintain strict confidentiality.

The Successful Applicant:

The successful Senior EA will have;

  • Extensive executive support experience with exceptional organisational skills, including diary and time management and prioritisation.
  • A demonstrable proactive, and selfinitiating approach, capable of foreseeing CEO and Chair requirements.
  • Evidence of being proficient in precise written and verbal communication, including minutetaking, composing sophisticated responses, and crafting briefing documents.
  • Validated ability to expertly convey information to stakeholders at all levels while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Successful track record of running small projects from highlevel briefs, quickly absorbing, and acting on intricate information.
