You will collaborate with a teenager facing learning challenges and some difficult behavior, as part of a close-knit team dedicated to his development. Your role will involve implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques created by a diverse group of professionals. The primary goal is to bring a smile to the young individual's face and ensure he enjoys his time with you. What we offer:

Shift hours: Monday to Friday, 3 hours daily between 10 am and 4.30 pm. This is not a traditional caregiving position; instead, you will be responsible for delivering specialized therapeutic interventions for which you will receive extensive training. You will attain a recognized industry qualification within the initial 6 months of employment, with a £1 per hour wage increase upon completion. This role is term-time exclusive, spanning 42 weeks annually, with no weekend or night shifts. Those pursuing BCABA/BCBA qualifications will receive free supervision.
