Our client based in the Dudley area, are looking to recruit a General Machinist.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Experience with operating a range of engineering machines including, Saws, Lathes and CNC machines
  • Use saws, punches, press tools and CNC Machines
  • Operating machinery safely
  • Verifying accuracy
  • Maintaining cleanliness of workspace and machines
  • Engineering production experience
  • Proactive approach
  • Ability to work alone and be part of a wider team

Person Specification:


  • Good organisational skills.
  • Ambitious and motivated to develop
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capable of using own initiative
  • Committed to excellence
  • Basic IT skills, ability to use inhouse software

Hours:
Monday to Friday hrs


Pay:
£ £14.00 p/h depending on experience
